Accomplishment driven and advertising guru with 22 + years of experience in advertising, marketing, and services management. Salama has always been self-actualized and passion driven about her career path, Salama showed interest in advertising through her love of commercials since she was a child as she used to tape-record TV commercial and play them over and over, to dissect, study, memorize and sing.
Throughout his experience at various positions in different companies, Abdel Hamid was part of teams that launched several products in the market including Vodafone Egypt’s mobile advertising program.Neamat’s first event focused job was as an Event Planner in the Egyptian Stock Exchange in May 2004, among her key achievements there was organising the 100-year anniversary of the Egyptian Stock Exchange. She then moved to Promoters Egypt, where she worked on a variety of event scopes ranging from concert, corporate events to expos (ex. Air Show AVEX)
Salama entered the advertisement world, working for Lintas now known as Lowe, Grey, then Equity, she then moved to work at Synergy Advertising, when Salama joined it was a startup and during her 10 years, she was a big part of becoming Egypt’s leading Advertising Agencies. She later moved to Animation Advertising as a Client Service Director where her main role was to setup the Client Servicing Department and as well as train and get the team running efficiently. In 2010 she held the position of General Manager in Breakthrough, where she managed 2 companies, an advertising agency and a digital consultancy both guarded by creativity and commitment.
In December 2014 Salama established The Worx for Events a woman led company with her business partner Neamat Khalil. The extraordinary ladies are completely redefining the marketing, advertising and events landscape in that region and they are building everything hand in hand, defying the perceptions about the cultural and gender limitations.

Salama & her business partner Khalil are a true example of partnership and mentorship. Salama specializes in communication, conceptualization and marketing and Khalil specializes in logistics, planning and structure while. Together they build extraordinary experiences. They are also the true example of mentorship where they believe in nurturing young talent. At any given month there are always interns working closely with the team in order to learn more about the real world and get them ready for their futures.
